MISSION: Vieques Humane Society and Animal Rescue are committed to improve the welfare and alleviate the suffering of all island animals through medical service, humane education, and advocacy. Through spay/neuter programs, our goal is to reduce the unwanted animal population and also provide refuge and adoption to stray, relinquished, and abused animals.
